How is anybody able to post anything on this website?

I have come to this site for the last three days and everthing I try to post gets lost or stuck. Can you fix this problem?

Hi Janie,

 

Can you please tell us a bit of info, so w can try and help you. 

- What operating system are you using

- Which browser and version

- In which category are you trying to post an article

- Detail the steps you take before it gets "lost or stuck"

With this info, we will be able to help get the problem you are experiencing fixed.

Hi Janiek!

It's really easier to use this site, than it may seem to be. Here are some steps and tips that are likely to help you if you just follow them:

1. Initially you should sign up! And it's better to cmplete all the lines and answers in a form.

2. Then you'll get your account. As you're a beginner you have only 5 points, so your aim is to get more points and become an expert or higher.

3. Clicking explore, you'll be able to find some more tips.

4. To post something you just need to click answer questions, on the top of your profile, and choose one of the existing questions to answer, aftrwards click to submit it. That's all! Then you can pass to your account and see that your points are increased.

5. To post an article you should click on write an articl on your account then write it down, and don't forget to mention the subject, the title and descriptive words so other users could find it. Then you can save it as a draft or click on review to see how it wiil look like after pblishing. You can also add an image either from your computer or an internet. Note that you also should mention if the article is new for askables or it is existing one. Of course the number of added points will depend on it. If you are content with your article and there is nothing to edit then you can just click on publish. The article will appear on the askables as well as on your profile.

It's that easy!

If there is still something goes wrong than try to check your browser. I use Safari and everything is ok))

Thank you Scott and Rose! I think I am getting the hang of it now.

I think the problem was more of a tech issue. It seems to be working right now.
