Hi Brian,

If you're not tracking your calories, doing so is a good first step because then you can see what you might be missing and make adjustments accordingly. A site like Fitday.com is free and allows you to track your weight, your activities, your nutrition, etc and you can see what % of fat / protein / carbs you are getting this way and adjust your diet accordingly.

Lean protein and plenty of healthy food is your best bet. Go for healthy fats to bulk up (avocado, nuts, olive oil) and plenty of chicken breast and other lean meats will do good for you. Protein bars and shakes are a good idea but if they're outside your budget, do your best to eat larger portions of lean meat as much as possible and avoid the empty calories.

Good luck!

  Hi everybody,

Diet Control is very important to people who get over weight. Ther are lot of ways in this world to reduce your weight. You can get easy ways to get slim body from internet. Being without food is not a way to diet control.

You should eat more but the food should not be collastral. Eat more Protien food and walk some distances daily. This is more than daily excercise.

A good diet for weightlifting would be a high protein and low carb diet. Proteins help build muscles as you lift weights while eating less carbohydrates reduces the possibility of gaining body fats.

If you are daring, I recommend trying a vegan diet.

You just have to make sure you get enough protien, from beans and grains like quinoa. It is a quick way to drop pounds and something I always fall back on. There are great recipes online that are actally tasty. I would stay away from the meat substitutes though.

Good luck!
