I don't know of a specific publisher, but a good site to get your work viewed and noticed, is http://www.inkpop.com/. There you can upload your written work and share it with other readers and writers. If your work is considered good enough,it will be picked among readers and bumped up until it reaches the top five chart. You will then be contacted by a publisher if your work manages to remain in the top five list for a certain period of days.
Even if you dont get contacted by a publisher on this site, it is still a fun place to share your written work and ideas with other writers. :)
