I would like to hear about any success stories about how to relieve symptoms of fibro. This disease is frustrating to have and conquer. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I know someone who had less problems about it after he started doing regular excercices. I think he started jogging, but just to keep himself trained, not pushing "to-the-limit".
Also, he said it helped after sorting out his day-to-day activity and getting rid of stressful activities.

I have heard many success stories of people smoking medical Marijuana to relieve symptoms. Although this is illegal in many states it's worth looking into.
