Is there any vitamin that will help you get awake right away?I get up in morning feeling all tired and need some quick energy.

Water and Green Tea to drink-especially ice cold to rev up metabolism. A B12 or B complex vitamin will help-a B12 shot is even better as it lasts longer so you do not have to remember to take it every day (talk to your physician). For women especially low iron levels can lead to fatigue-so have your iron levels checked and take a supplement if necessary. If you are still dragging try a Yerba Mate supplement or drink some Yerba Mate tea-better than cofffee as a pick-me-up.

Water....proteins....eat a healthy breakfast, yogurts, fruits, drink plenty of water.....stay away from high fatty foods. A healthy diet makes a huge difference!
