I want to lose belly fat in one month
asked 1 year ago
regular exercise and eating right both have to be done. For every 3500 calories that you spend, you lose one pound of fat. Only aerobics won't do. Mix it with strength training because muscles require calories even at rest.
spot reduction by ab exercises will not work a great deal.

The right type of exercise, like sit ups, curl-ups should work on getting rid of belly fat. And i reckon, not eating too much fatty foods. I also read somewhere that eating watermelons can help give tight, flat abs.
