There is no cure for a wheat allergy. You also need to verify with your allergist if you have a wheat allergy or Celiac disease, which is pretty serious. If you have Celiac disease, you should also avoid oats, barley and rye along with wheat.

There is no known cure. Avoiding the allergen is the only way around it. You might be best to avoid gluten in general- which can be a pain. If you happen to like things with bread, you'll want to use oat or rice flour instead of the usual wheat. Oat flour is actually pretty tasty. In fact, when I have it in the house, I like to use oat bran to substitute for about half my flour, and my taste buds don't know the difference. Good luck!

Although there is no cure for a wheat allergy, i can go away on its own within time. My little brother had a wheat allergy for several years before he finally grew out of it. It can depend on the severity of the allergy and the length you have had it.
