I heard that you have to massage the heart of the bird, otherwise it will suffer a heart attack due to the shock.

When a bird crashes into a window several things can happen.  First it may have simply been stunned.  Give the bird time to see if it can recuperate on its own.  Sadly, if the bird has a broken neck or broken wing, there is little that can be done.  Some areas have wildlife rehabilitation units, but rarely will take in common species.

When the bird crashes ino a window it may have a heart attack it may fly away you never know what a bird will do you just kind have to let it be and go on your way.
