As far as sports nutrition goes, what level of carbs and protein is considered "high"?

I'm taking a dietary supplement called N.O. Explod and it recommends eating a diet high in carbs and protein. How do I know what "high" is?

I heard you should only buy organic strawberries because they absorb pesticides in conventional farming?

I've heard that washing them as they absorb the pesticides. I usually buy them at my local supermarket which has a wonderful selection, and their produce LOOKS good (and tastes good too). Is the pesticide concern great enough with any other produce that one should make the extra effort to buy organic?
