eat lots of carboydrates and proteins. Do strength training on alternate days on basic exercises like bench press, squats, deadlifts, presses and cleans. eat at regular intervals of 3 hours. weight gaining supplement will also help. a shake of milk and bananas will also do the trick. even if you don't feel like eating, you have to force feed a bit.

according to me: 1. san regularly eat a nutritious meal should be before the hungry and end before the full, 2. eating fruits, 3. exercise every morning, 4. and if you can drink susukarena was very good for us. I think if we go to four rules in your body will be fulfilled must be healthy. thanks
