Its not only diet we have to check , also our daily lifestyle.

1. have time for exercise.

2. avoid smoking and drinking hard drinks...

Having healthy habits are not only good for your heart but for your whole life! Try to keep up with a healthy life style. That means:

1 ) Try to avoid stress

2) Balance work and leisure

3) Drink plenty of water (3 litters a day)

4) Eat enough fruits ang veggies, as well as salads

5) Avoid FAST FOODS and reduce sweet

3) Exercise always!! Least 3 times a week, take the stairs, go by bike, walk around as much as  possible

These will help you reduce your cholesterol your heart will apreciate.
