Lady Gaga Dead At Twenty-three

It has been reported that the musical artist, Lady Gaga, is dead.  According to the rumor mill, she was both killed in a bombing and died of a narcotics overdose. She follows a long line of celebrities the have been falsely reported dead. There are so many sources of information on the internet and it moves so quickly that often it is difficult to separate the truth from the merely rumors. 

One of the causes of false rumors are near deaths in which the information is dispersed so quickly that the death is assumed rather than verified. Another is name confusion, or psuedocide, when the person reported dead prefers it that way. In addition, a common cause is simply pushing the wrong button, causing a prewritten obituary to be released. This is commonly referred to as a premature obituary.

Lady Gaga exploded onto the music scene with her debut album, " The Fame', which produced four hit singles, including "Poker face" and "Dance". She was born in 1986 as Stefani Germanotta and was only four years old when she began to play piano. She started hitting the clubs at age fourteen and continued into adulthood pursuing her dream of musical success. It wasn't until she changes her looks and style to the "Lady Gaga" persona, that her career took off. At any rate, Lady Gaga is still alive and well. Happy Holidays!
