Great article Sandy, thanks!
I don't live in FL at all unfortunately, and I wish someone would write a concise summary of the real estate situation in my area. I've been looking to buy here for about a year and not known when was the right time.
Well, there haven't been any house that we really loved either. Perhaps we're being too fussy, but I am a little concerned that we have missed the best time to buy, as prices and interest rates seem to be on the rise - it's a slow move, but they are on the upward trend at the moment.
