I have dreams every night, we all do, we just don't always remember them. Dreams can tell us so much about what were thinking, feeling, stresses, fears, goals and so much more. Dreams are our subconcsious coming out to play.
Some dreams can help solve a problem or a see a solution we didn't see before. They can also help us open our heart and mind to knew possibilities.
The hardest part is always remembering the dreams though.
That's where a dream journal comes in. A dream journal is where you record everything you can remember from the dream or at the very least the feelings you had when you awoke from the dream. Keep a dream journal by the edge of the bed and as soon as you wake up write down everything you can remember from the dream. All images, feelings, emotions, thoughts, everything that happened that

you can remember. The more you do this, the more you will began remembering your dreams on your own. A dream journal is also useful in being able to look back and see patterns within your dreams. Reoccuring themes and images and these can lead to a better understanding of yourself, what your thinking or what has been hiding in your subconscious.
It takes awhile to get good at it, but it does work. It's one of the first steps in really using your dreams to your advantage.
