Many experts are having different ideas on how to deal with our personal problems. Well, it doesn’t really matter what the problem is but the most important is to know how and when to act appropriately. For me all the problems are the same, there is no big or small. There is somehow impact differences that problem affects our life. Most of the problems are just an overnight puzzle. However, sometimes it is very complicated. Difficult in the sense that you require experience to handle it carefully and mishandling such kind of problems is quite painful. Let me share my own problem solving technique that really works especially when you are in a confused state.
Of course, there will be a lot of solutions that will come up in your mind at the very instance but for sure there is only one correct choice to be made. This is called elimination process.
1. Take a pen and a paper.
2. Write down all the solutions that you are thinking.
3. In all the solutions, provide two columns, one for advantages and another for disadvantages.
4. List down all the advantages and disadvantages for every solution.
5. By comparing the results, you can start the elimination process.
6. Make sure that you have chosen the best solution, which is having less or no disadvantages.
Did you see? It is easy as beans. Who says problem is difficult to solve?
This process will enable you to decide accurately without reaching the panic state of your mind. You can apply this for love, friendship, family, money and other kind of problems. On the other hand, it is always helpful to seek the advice of the experienced people before making tricky decisions that will change your life forever. As we all know experience is the best teacher, it means decision-making is limited based on individual’s experience.
If you are facing problems just remember that “every cloud has a silver lining”.
Don’t give up, you are better than that my friend. Stay positive.
