Many people are saying about benefits of green tea and i agree but there is something called side effects and i want to say something about them so people understand how things really work. First drink at most 0,5 l of green tea per day and don't drink it after 5 p.m. so you could easyer get to sleep. Other side effects are : Headaches, nervousness, insomnia, iritation , cardiac arrhythmias, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting , diarrhea, poisoning liver, enhanced blood sugar, enhanced blood cholesterol, dizziness and heartburn. These are just some of the side effects and there is something else i want to warn you about , never drink green tea if you are taking sedative drugs , pain medications , anti-allergy drugs , contraceptive pills, drugs for reduction of temperature or something like that .

Side effects will only appear if a person takes excess amount of green tea and in awkward timings.
