Most of us are probably students or workers who must wake up early to get to school or get to work. This daily routine lasts for many years unless you actually stop schooling or have a vacation leave from your work.
The implication of this is your morning routine will only include taking a bath, a sip of coffee and that's it.
But did you know that you can still make a healthy habit out of this busy schedules?
Just do the old practice of physical exercise.
Before anything else, always keep in mind that when you are planning for an exercise the next morning, do not go to bed late. Let's have a list of things to do:
1) Sleep early on the prior night.
2) Have a habit of drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day
3) On the morning you plan to have an exercise, take a bath first. The pattern should be, bath, exercise, then breakfast. NEVER should exercise come before taking a bath, or the water that would enter your pores after an exhausting exercise will definitely kill you.
When you're living in a rural community, a morning jogging can be good. Never do jogging when you're in an urban area where there is too much vehicular pollutions as this will only give you negative results. It is important that when doing an exercise, inhale ONLY clean air.
When you're in an urban area, the best that you can do is having push ups or crunches in your room, or stretching outside while the sun has not risen yet.
Take about 1 hour of exercise a day and you're good to go.
The important thing is always do it regularly. Doing an exhaustive exercise once a month will not benefit you better than 30 minutes exercises done daily or every other day.
And lastly, consume healthy foods and do not smoke! Have a healthy lifestyle!
