As a teenager I often had dandruff and I had no idea why. I was so frustrated because although antidandruff shampoos and conditioners do work they remove all hair dye from your hair, but in patches.
I learnt this trick from my late grandmother. Before you go to bed cover your scalp and the majority or you hair in thick body moisturizer (for really dry skin) and then wrap your hair in glad wrap and then a beanie or a hat. Sleep with your hair like that for at least 8 hours and then wash your hair 2-3 times in the morning, it will take a few times to get all of the moisturizer out! and then Voila no more dandruff!
