Losing weight is directly proportional to a smart personality. A slim and trim person looks attractive and nowadays people have become so health conscious that they can shell any amount to have a sleek and sexy figure.
Just to know how far people can go, a famous astrologer was once asked by a female,’’ when will I lose weight’’. This is the extent of people’s consciousness towards maintaining a smart body.
There are many reasons of being overweight. Slow metabolism, emotional eating, hormonal imbalances, eating lots of diet food, eating late and not taking breakfast are some of them.
But the big question is how to lose weight. Shedding those extra oodles is much difficult than gaining them.Cardio, strength training , simple mvovements and resistance training movements are often the best ways to burn calories and lose weight.
Intake of green tea also helps. Body weight circuits can be done anytime anywhere. Three short workouts of forty-five minutes per week is also a good solution.
Some other remedies are :no eating wrong foods, no bread, pasta or starches, eat breakfast and do rigorous exercises , eat an apple and start the day with soup and climb up ,jog for junk mail.
There are several other weight loss solutions too. Eat one tomato everyday , drink water upon rising atleast eight glasses , walk non-stop one hour each day, stop eating after six p.m. , reduce intake of caffeine, increase intake of fiber rich foods, never skip a meal, and avoid sweet end bottle drinks like sodas.
Eat fresh fruits instead of drinking fruit juice , no alcoholic beverages , 50-55 per cent
of diet should be carbohydrates , 25-30 per cent should be proteins, fat should be only 15-20 per cent., nothing more than an egg a day , limit sugar intake , dry wine is better than sweet wine.
Reduce stress, red meat should be avoided, take vitamins, pills to lose weight are also available in the market , no lack of sleep, adequate rest making, a diet chart –plan for a week , swimming ,yoga, cycling, using stairs, jumping ropes etc help in shedding that extra fat.
Ginger, cinnamon, gabbage, and honey with lukewarm water early in the morning also help in controlling weight gain.Rigorous exercises are a must.Take protein rich food, Incorporate soup and salad in your meal and ignore fast food.
Balanced diets and raw food diets helps.Eat fruits like pear and green vegetables and cut down on salt intake. Reduce the amount of milk products like cheese and butter.
Interval training helps burn more belly fat in only three twenty workouts per week
Lastly, fixed menu diet would do wonders for obese people.
